About Retroboard

Retros should make teams better — not be another meeting to survive.

Retroboard started as a side project born from a simple frustration: retrospective tools were either clunky, expensive, or turned a team conversation into form-filling. We wanted something fast, beautiful and genuinely realtime — the kind of tool a team opens and just starts talking.

Today Retroboard powers retrospectives, post-mortems, planning sessions and team health checks. Every card, vote and comment appears for the whole team the instant it happens. Boards are fully customizable, exportable to any format you need, and shareable with a single link.
